All you need to see and hear Jim is a broadband connection, MSN Messenger or Sightspeed, a sound card and speakers (which come pre-installed on most computers built in the last four years). All you need for Jim to see you is one of those programs, a webcam, a microphone, and possibly a headset to eliminate echoing.
