Clinton Tried to Get Bin Laden, Was Accused of 'Wagging the Dog'

Remember in 1998 when Bill Clinton was accused of launching "Wag the Dog"-like attacks on terrorists to divert attention from the Monica Lewinsky scandal? Now some of the same critics are saying he didn't try hard enough to squelch terrorists. "At least I tried," Clinton says now.
