Red States Give More to Charity than Blue States, But Blue States Are Far More Educated
Proportionate to income, citizens in red states -- Bush Country -- give more to charity than citizens who live in blue states, according to the generosity index.
However, citizens in blue states -- Kerry country -- are far more educated, far more likely to attend college degrees and hold advanced degrees.
