On March 21 and 22, four films were shown in Pittsboro for a www.chathamarts.org 100 Mile Sustainable Cinema Series special event, “Race in NC: Looking Back- Moving Forward.” This documentary feast included a thought-provoking forum with a panel discussion with the filmmakers and African-American community leaders, post-screening Q&A’s with producers and directors, a gospel performance, and local art.
